Robin Hood TV Show

Season 2:-The first episode of Season 2 of Robin Hood was aired on 6^th October 2007. Season two showcased 13 episodes. In the first episode, the Sheriff in unison with Prince John is conspiring to kill the King. Knighton Hall’s destroyed and Marian and Edward are detained in the castle. Allan agrees to give information to Gisborne for money. Later, Robin initiates an attack on the new Strong Room of Nottingham Castle. Allen informs Gisborne about Robin’s plan. In spite of that Robin flees with the booty. Later, a group of boys comes upon a site where Gisborne tests his weapons. All are imprisoned, except for one. Robin confronts Gisborne to rescue the boys. The sheriff, together with his evil scientist, Joseph experiments with a poison and spreads the words that the dangerous outcome is the result of an epidemic. However, Robin comes to know of the Sheriff’s act and with the help of Little John, finds a cure for the poison. Robin realizes that there is a double agent amongst his men, when he tries to catch one of the Sheriff’s spies. He is stunned to know that it is Allan and he expels him from the band. Robin takes the help of a previous member of the Black Knights to penetrate the group and put an end to the Sheriff’s conspiracy of killing the King. The plan fails as the ex-knight double-crosses Robin. Robin’s Merry Men come in the nick of time to save him, but Gisborne rides away with Marian. Robin plans to steal the Great Pact of Nottingham, which can serve as proof of the Sheriff’s treachery. Robin rescues Marian and Edward helps Robin in locating the pact.. The Sheriff sends an assassin named Carter, to get back the pact and kill Robin Hood. However, Carter changes sides and helps Robin steal the reward money. Robin comes across a wounded messenger who has escaped from The Sheriff’s captivity. Before dying, he tells Robin to find Lardner. Lardner is a messenger pigeon who is killed by the Sheriff. Also, Marian goes back to the castle on the pretext of being rescued by Gisborne from the clutches of Robin Hood. One day the, the Sheriff sleepwalks into Sherwood Forest. Even in his sleep, he is determined to get back the Pact from Robin Hood. On the same day, Prince John’s messenger arrives in Nottingham to access the situation. However, Robin Hood finds the Sheriff in the forest and brings him back to the castle before the Prince’s Army can burn the town to ashes

The King’s guard Legrand, brings the King’s message to Robin, asking him to look for the Treasure of the Nation, that turns out to be the King’s mother. The Sheriff and Gisborne ambush Robin and his men while they are getting ready to celebrate Robin’s birthday. Leaving them trapped the Sheriff’s party moves towards the Holy land to kill the King. Robin and his men manage to get out of the trap and they follow the Sheriff to save the King. On reaching the Holy Land, Robin Joins forces with the King, Guy upon learning about Marian’s love for Robin, kills her and escapes with the Sheriff. Robin returns home with his three friends.

Seasons Top Ranked Episode – Robin Hood: A Good Day To Die

This was the season’s most watched episode. Robin and his Merry Men turn up at a barn to celebrate his birthday. They are startled to find that they have been surrounded by the Sheriff’s men. Finding themselves trapped, the Merry Men start sharing secrets. Djaq and Will admit that they love one another. Meanwhile the Sheriff and his assistant Gisborne are moving to the Holy land to kill the King, taking Marian along with them. The Merry Men soon free themselves and follow the Sheriff towards the Holy land. They intend to save Marian and the King.
